Best Resort For You

Treatment

Traditional Ayurveda

At Siddhalepa Ayurveda Resort, your healing journey begins with a personalized consultation where an experienced physician assesses your dosha imbalances and prescribes a tailored treatment, diet, and wellness plan. Based on your selected package, you’ll receive a minimum of 2.5 hours of daily Ayurvedic therapies including specialized treatments like Shirōdhāra for stress relief, Abhyanga for rejuvenation, Pinda Sweda for joint flexibility, and Vāshpa Swēda for detoxification. Complemented by guided yoga, meditation, and herbal baths, each therapy is designed to restore balance, enhance vitality, and promote holistic well-being.

Panchakarma

Panchakarma, the cornerstone of Ayurvedic detoxification, involves five powerful cleansing therapies designed to eliminate toxins and restore internal balance. This holistic process unfolds in three stages: Poorva Karma (preparatory therapies like oleation and fomentation), Pradhana Karma (the main purification procedures including Vamana, Virechana, Vasti, Nasya, and Rakta Moksha), and Paschata Karma (post-treatment care through diet and lifestyle guidance). Treatments are tailored to each individual’s body type (prakriti) and often include herbal oil massages, steam therapies, and other detoxifying practices that promote circulation, mental clarity, and overall wellness. Recommended seasonally, Panchakarma not only addresses chronic conditions but also strengthens immunity and rejuvenates the body and mind for lasting health benefits.

Lavanya

Ayurveda views beauty as a reflection of inner harmony, focusing not just on appearance but on the complete well-being of the body, mind, and soul. Ayurveda beauty care emphasizes internal cleansing, nourishing the body with natural remedies, and balancing the tridoshas to achieve radiant skin, healthy hair, strong nails, and clear eyesight. Treatments involve detoxification, proper nutrition, and herbal therapies that purify and revitalize the body from within. Special oils selected according to individual body types are used in massages to enhance circulation, reduce stress, promote better sleep, and improve overall vitality. Unlike cosmetic products that offer temporary results, Ayurvedic beauty care nurtures natural glow and inner peacebringing out true, lasting beauty.

Vayastha

Rasayanachikitsa, or rejuvenation therapy in Ayurveda, is a time-honored approach to achieving longevity, vitality, and graceful aging. This powerful therapy enhances memory, boosts immunity, promotes glowing skin, supports emotional calmness, and strengthens the entire system from within. Guided by experienced therapists, the process includes massages with medicated oils, herbal steam baths, and internal rejuvenative medicines that detoxify the body, restore cellular health, and balance the doshas. More than just a physical treatment, Rasayanachikitsa revitalizes the mind and spirit, offering a path to natural beauty, sustained well-being, and a rejuvenated life.

Sunamaya

In Ayurveda, weight imbalances—whether underweight or overweight—are seen as signs of internal disharmony and often result from poor digestion, erratic eating habits, or a sedentary lifestyle. Rather than focusing solely on food quantity, Ayurveda emphasizes understanding one’s unique dosha type and aligning daily routines accordingly. Kapha-dominant individuals are more prone to obesity, while Vata types often struggle with being underweight due to poor nutrient absorption. Ayurvedic weight management focuses on restoring balance through personalized dietary plans, lifestyle adjustments, detoxification, and behavior-modifying therapies. This holistic approach not only helps achieve a healthy body weight but also supports energy, mobility, and overall well-being.

Charana

Ayurveda recognizes mobility as essential to overall quality of life, especially as we age. Joint issues generally fall into two major categories: the first arises from poor nourishment and low bone density, leading to dryness, cracking sounds, and reduced flexibility due to lack of lubrication and weakened metabolism; the second is caused by a buildup of ama—toxins from incomplete digestion—resulting in stiffness, swelling, and pain. Ayurvedic therapies, including systematic massages with medicated oils and detoxification treatments, aim to nourish the joints, restore circulation, eliminate toxins, and relieve inflammation. This holistic approach not only enhances joint function but also promotes long-term strength and mobility.

Nawajeewa

Nawajeewa is a specialized Ayurvedic treatment designed to reduce the side effects of chemotherapy and support cancer recovery by strengthening the immune system and promoting overall well-being. While chemotherapy can weaken immunity, lower blood cell counts, and cause fatigue, hormonal imbalance, and cognitive issues, Nawajeewa combines detoxifying herbal medicines and immune-boosting therapies to counter these effects. This holistic approach helps maintain a healthy blood profile, increase body weight, and restore balance in the body. By enhancing the body’s natural healing capacity, Nawajeewa not only improves post-treatment recovery but also supports long-term vitality and quality of life.

Sumana

The Sumana programme is a holistic Ayurvedic approach to stress management and prevention, designed to restore balance in individuals affected by modern, fast-paced lifestyles. Rather than simply reducing stress after it occurs, Sumana emphasizes living in harmony with nature’s rhythms to prevent stress from taking hold. This rejuvenating programme includes Ayurvedic massages, detox treatments, personalized yoga sessions, breathing techniques, meditation, and nourishing Ayurvedic meals that support digestion and inner calm. Set against the tranquil backdrop of nature and the Indian Ocean, guests also enjoy peaceful walks and the healing power of the natural environment. Ideal for those experiencing fatigue, sleep disorders, or stress-related conditions, Sumana helps revitalize the nervous system, improve sleep, and promote overall physical, emotional, and mental well-being.

Prabha

The Prabha Ayurvedic skincare programme nurtures healthy skin by restoring its original prakriti—the natural balance of the five elements that define your skin type. Skin imbalances can result from seasonal shifts, diet, stress, pollution, and sensory influences, all of which disrupt this elemental harmony. Prabha begins by identifying your unique Ayurvedic skin type and then uses personalized therapies to detoxify, unblock microchannels (shrotas), and enhance the skin’s natural ability to cleanse and rejuvenate. By increasing ojas, the vital essence of health and radiance, and promoting the free flow of soma and agni, this programme not only improves your skin’s appearance but also elevates your overall physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
