Treatment

Panchakarma

Panchakarma is a deep detoxification and rejuvenation process designed to cleanse the body of toxins and restore balance to the three doshas (Vata, Pitta, and Kapha). It involves five core therapies, including oil massages, herbal enemas, nasal cleansing, and more. This powerful process helps strengthen immunity, improve digestion, and enhance mental clarity. A minimum stay of 14 days is recommended for full benefits.

Abhyanga (Oil Massage)

Abhyanga is a synchronized full-body massage using warm, medicated herbal oils tailored to your dosha type. The rhythmic strokes stimulate lymphatic flow, improve circulation, and calm the nervous system. It helps relieve stress, nourish the skin, and promote deep relaxation. This massage is often used as a daily therapy during the Panchakarma process.

Shirodhara

Shirodhara is a soothing treatment where warm herbal oil is poured in a continuous stream on the forehead, particularly the "third eye" area. It is highly effective for reducing anxiety, insomnia, and mental fatigue. The steady oil flow relaxes the mind, balances hormones, and supports emotional wellbeing. It is considered one of the most meditative and calming therapies in Ayurveda.

Kati Vasti

Kati Vasti is a localized oil therapy for the lower back that involves retaining warm herbal oil in a dough ring placed over the lumbar area. This treatment is excellent for chronic back pain, sciatica, and stiffness. The heat and oil penetrate deeply into the tissues, reducing inflammation and improving mobility. It is often combined with massage and steam therapy for enhanced results.

Pinda Sweda (Herbal/Rice Bag Massage)

Pinda Sweda uses warm bundles filled with herbs or medicated rice to massage the body, stimulating the tissues and promoting healing. It is especially beneficial for arthritis, muscular pain, and stiffness. The heat and herbal ingredients nourish the skin and joints, relieve fatigue, and promote relaxation. This treatment is ideal for detox and rejuvenation.

Herbal & Flower Bath

This is a calming bath using a blend of fresh herbs, flowers, and Ayurvedic oils that support detoxification and skin healing. It soothes the nervous system, softens the skin, and enhances circulation. Often used after massages, it allows the pores to open and the oils to penetrate deeper. It’s a tranquil, aromatic experience that complements all Ayurveda therapies

Waktra Abhyanga (Facial Massage)

A gentle Ayurvedic facial massage using nourishing herbal oils to improve skin tone, reduce wrinkles, and relax facial muscles. It stimulates marma points (energy centers), increases circulation, and supports lymphatic drainage. Waktra Abhyanga is both therapeutic and beautifying, helping to restore a natural glow. It also relieves tension from the jaw, forehead, and temples.

Yoga

Daily yoga sessions are guided by experienced instructors and tailored to support the Ayurvedic healing process. These sessions improve flexibility, enhance breathing, and align the body with the mind and soul. Poses are chosen based on your body constitution (dosha) to maximize benefit. Yoga helps reduce stress, improve digestion, and support the effectiveness of treatments.

Meditation

Meditation is an essential part of holistic healing and is offered in guided or silent formats. It helps calm the mind, reduce anxiety, and improve emotional balance during your treatment journey. Practiced regularly, it enhances self-awareness and inner peace. Meditation complements physical therapies by bringing mental clarity and stillness.

Qi Gong

Qi Gong is a gentle, ancient practice that combines movement, breath, and intention to balance life energy (Qi). It helps regulate internal organ function, strengthens the immune system, and increases vitality. Movements are slow and easy to follow, making them suitable for all ages. It harmonizes beautifully with Ayurvedic philosophy and supports long-term wellness.

Music Therapy

Ayurvedic music therapy uses sound vibrations and melodies to relax the nervous system and promote healing. Traditional instruments and ragas (moods) are selected based on time of day and treatment goals. Music enhances emotional release, reduces mental fatigue, and supports deeper states of meditation. It’s often used alongside other therapies to enhance the holistic experience.
